We're based in Greater Manchester and cover all of the surrounding areas. We travel up to 1 hours distance but on discussion may be able to go further afield if needed. Please note travel costs will apply.
We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment - especially for weekends and wedding season - as dates fill quickly.
Yes! We offer both delivery and full event set up options depending on your booking type. However we do not offer a clean away service - only collection of our equipment.
Absolutely! All our tables are bespoke and tailored to suit your event style, theme and preferences.
Yes - please let us know any allergies or dietary needs when enquiring so we can accommodate them safely. However due to the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee a completely 'free from' environment.
We source high quality, fresh produce and premium ingredients, including artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits and handcrafted sweets. Please see our gallery for an example copy of our menu.
We provide a general price guide to help you understand our offerings, but as every event is unique, we'll create a personalised quote once we know your requirements.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date, with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to your event. If your booking is less than 6 weeks away on confirmation, payment in full is required. We also require payment in full for all graze box orders.
Set up time depends on table size and styling, but typically takes between 1-2 hours.
Tablescaped setups include decorative styling elements such as risers, florals and props. However we do not as standard provide crockery/cutlery/napkins. If these are needed, we may be able to source them for you at an additional cost.
Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days of payment
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event date may be subject to full or partial charges
Date changes may be accomodated subject to availibilty
While we take care to handle any allergies, our food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present.
Clients are responsible for informing us of all dietary requirements in advance.
Graze tables are designed for display and consumption within 3-4 hours of set up (depending on food elements included and environmental factors)
Once set up is complete, the client assumes responsibility for food safety.
Any equipment used within the graze set up must be returned or collected in the same condition. Replacement costs will apply for lost or damaged items.
Travel fees will apply based on £0.50 per mile.
Venue access, parking and table space must be arranged by the client in advance.
Dress It Up - Manchester reserves the right to photograph set ups for marketing and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing.
